Simple Exercises That You Can Do At Home (Part 1)

Who says the sport is taken time and can only be done in special places ?. Weel, you can do exercises everywhere if you want have a healthy body. Now I give you some simple exercises that you can try. Hopefully could inspire you !. (Part 1)
1. Pilates
Pilates is one of a kind exercises developed by Joseph Hubert, Pilates came from Germany and evolve in 20th Century. this method focus for flexibility all parts of the body, this exercise can fix posture of body that deficient, and can fix the problems associated with spinal, the moves of this exercise actually is very simple but to doing that is not as easy as it seems. some movement pilates for beginner usually do lie, by holding the neck and the foot by not touching the floor for 30 seconds and do it again and again.
movements tend to be the same but will certainly drain your sweat when done earnestly.
