Who says the sport is taken time and can only be done in special places ?. Weel, you can do exercises everywhere if you want have a healthy body. Now I give you some simple exercises that you can try. Hopefully could inspire you !. (Part 3)
3. Hula Hoop
Swaying hips while playing the hula hoop was one of the most effective way to reduce weight. Seen from the number of calories in burning, this activity equivalent to walking 7 km / h like when you're in a hurry. with those speeds, walking can burn as much energy as 210 calories in 30 minutes. well with the hula hoop you can easily just by exercising at home alone without the need to go anywhere. For those of you who have not been able to do the hula hoop movements should learn for now.
tools of your hula hoop can be made from various materials such as rattan and plastic, you can choose according to your taste. but for beginners it is advisable to have a plastic.
